The open border policy of the Biden administration is not just "bad policy". It is treachery by a corrupt politician on the take from foreign interests whose agenda is infiltration of America by foreign agents, facilitation of China's long standing American colonization plans, dilution (by infiltration) of responsible political demographics, and disruption of traditional American values and interests on their own soil.

The only plausible defense against a treachery charge would need to rely on the notion that open boarders without any effort to vet immigrants is NOT a national security issue. Such a notion, then, would involve impeachable stupidity and incompetence.

We support the impeachment of President Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, and Christopher Wray, on respective grounds (where they apply) of treason, bribery, influence peddling, conspiracy to obstruct civil rights (illegitimate censorship and suppression of free speech), aiding and abetting treason, demonstrable incompetence, and willful breach of their oaths of office.

Alejandro Mayorkas' and Christopher Wray's ethical duty under their oaths of office would have been (is) to resign on the grounds that they cannot in good conscience, under their oaths of office, support or carry out the policies of the Biden Administration; file a whistle blower's complaint against the President of the United States with the Congressional Oversight Committees, or both. Failure to do so may be appropriately deemed aiding and abetting treachery and incompetence and demonstrates their own incompetence and hostile disregard for their oaths of office and the legitimate interests of the American people.

We recognize that arguments against impeachment of President Biden include serious concerns about the competence of his presumed successor, Kamala Harris. As concerning as that may be, it is our view that Kamala Harris would be no less a spokes-puppet than Joe Biden now is, and, after the impeachment of Joe Biden, she and the applicable puppet-masters might be a lot more attentive to how seriously the American people take the actions and loyalties of any President.
